Our private Pilates lessons and personalized fitness sessions include a thorough evaluation that identifies any misalignments and imbalances. Your health history, current condition, and goals are all used to create a customize program with exercises ideally designed to bring positive change to mind and body for ultimate health and longevity.
We also offer "Myo-release and Stretch" sessions that incorporate Active Isolated Stretching, Shiatsu massage, and assisted stretching to release myofascial tissue, muscle tightness, and stress.
